About the project
Advisory services to support client with determining OPEX and Availability for the operational phase of multiple undisclosed offshore wind development projects in Japan were provided. IX’s inhouse tools SOMOS8 and OPEX model were used to determine the costs and availabilities of different O&M scenarios. The aim was to provide O&M strategy advisory, by identifying a scenario in which the availability and production of the wind-farm is as high as possible against acceptable costs.
